What Can You Expect When Working With Me?
I have processes in place to ensure expectations are clear, work is delivered to a high standard and on time and that you are happy with the outcome.
Four phases apply, starting from the time you book a discovery call with me to the time all completed work is handed over.

Discovery Phase
You'll book a discovery call and meet with me via Zoom (or similar) to discuss your requirements and how my services may assist. It's also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about working with me.

Engagement Phase
If we decide we're a good fit to work together, you'll receive a Proposal, Client Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement, with details clearly outlined about the work, pricing and any applicable deadlines. To proceed, you'll sign and return the agreements and pay any invoices that may be due.

Implementation Phase
You'll receive an invitation for a Strategy Meeting* to discuss the plan moving forward. You'll provide specifics about the tasks you're handing over and arrange access to any files, systems or tools that may be required.
The work you're handing over will then be taken care of for you, in line with the deadlines we agreed on. For project or ongoing work, regular progress meetings* will be held to address any feedback or questions that may arise along the way, and to ensure you're happy with the way things are progressing.

Completion Phase
Once the agreed tasks have been completed, you'll arrange payment of any final invoices that may be due and all applicable files, records and passwords will then be handed over.
For any ongoing work, the implementation phase will recommence, or the engagement phase will commence if you'd like assistance with additional tasks.
* Meetings are typically held via Zoom but if you're local to Melbourne or Geelong it may be possible to meet face-to-face for our Strategy or Progress Meetings. Let me know if this is your preference, and any available options can be discussed at the time.
